RATES
Monthly Auction hall = 25% Commission (some restrictions may apply) Special Commission rates on large collections or higher valued items.
On Site auctions = 15% Commission Seller responsible for all expenses
EBAY or Internet Auctions = 40% Commission or flat rate ( 1 time fee - varies)
Estate sale commission rates vary based on contents, set up time and total value. The more its worth, The lesser the rate. The more the stuff there is, The more the rate goes up. Examples: 100-200 items totalling a value of $10k = 25-35% comm. 500-1000 items (lots more work) Totally $10k = 35-50% 500 items = $3k = 50-75% ( if excepted)
We can and are the only company that guarantees a minimum dollar amount , Even if it is not sold.

1All Merchandise is sold "as is" without guarantees or .
1warranties of any kind. Items are displayed for the buyer to
. inspect and bid accordinglyAll persons who would like to bid,
must aquire a bidders'2 . 2nmber. The bidders' number must
be shown after each purchase and each bidder is responsible
for items purchased
. under their own numberIf there is a dispute between bidders,
the items will be put . 3.

. Buyer assumes full liability for any items sold to them 45a.
We charge a 10% buyers premium.
5b. On site auctions have no sales tax or buyers premium .
charged6. We charge NJ sales tax when the law requires it;
and all bidders must pay unless they have a current NJ Sales
Tax Exemption number on file.
7. All merchandise cannot be removed from the auction site,
unless paid for in full.
8. Terms for Payment: Cash, Certified check, or NJ approved
check. There is a $25.00 service fee for returned checks.
9. We accept absentee bids for buyers and execute them in a
competitive manner. The buyer agrees to "pay for and pickup"
the item within a day or two. This is a service we are glad to
provide for our customers, but we are not responsible for
errors or failure to execute an absentee bid.
